Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy only applies perior to the hotel elite status process. Once the upgrade starts to process, no refund can be issued unless the upgrade fails (which happens rarely). If the upgrade process finished and you receivce the elite status, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Before you decide to ask a refund, please let us know if there’s any issue or disatification that we can help you with. Please email us at support@myhotelaward.com for any questions.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund if for any reason we can’t process your status upgrade. In that case, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@myhotelaward.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items before the upgrade process starts. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email asap.
